Women are paid more than men overall

Males and one woman of experience in subordinate position to the promoted snowflake

With this Equal Pay Scam in the U.S. just finishing, it’s useful to note that women are actually paid far more during their useful working lives:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3214854/Pay-gap-Women-earn-men-till-40s-20-woman-paid-men-age-group-decade.html

The later equalization is because:

The disappearance of apparent pay bias against women in their 30s comes as growing numbers of women put off having children until later and later ages.

Of course, the key factor is having babies, when the woman is providing nothing for the firm yet being paid a large amount:

Statutory Maternity Pay ( SMP ) SMP for eligible employees can be paid for up to 39 weeks, usually as follows: the first 6 weeks: 90% of their average weekly earnings ( AWE ) before tax. the remaining 33 weeks: £140.98 or 90% of their AWE (whichever is lower).

And this is the elephant in the room for an employer. Feminists seize on this as women being paid less but in fact they are being paid vastly more when THP is divided by hours worked.

Firms are therefore well advised not to employ too many women.

Meanwhile, in the U.S.:

And in Ireland, the story is the same: women earn more for less work:

Next post might be on the quality of that work compared [overall].

there’s another way of looking at it James:

Last Friday, Mike Buchanan uploaded 2014/15 – the income tax gender gap increased AGAIN… to £75.5 BILLION and showed that for the year 2014/15, men as a UK demographic paid £75.5 billion more in income tax than women. He also pointed that 17.6 million men paid £121.0 billion, an average of £6,875 per person per annum, and 13.1 million women paid £45.5 billion, an average of £3,473 which is just over half (50.5 per cent) that paid by male taxpayers. While this fact is well known to us, it is little spoken of in the Mainstream Media, simply because it doesn’t fit the narrative.

    Here.

Ayuh, “doesn’t fit the narrative” – a phrase which just about sums up what has replaced sensible discourse and political debate – of which, there is none because ‘it doesn’t fit the narrative’.

In countries like, the UK and USofA, the myth of gender inequality particularly concerning salary/pay is a fekking lie put about by those who seek only to sow societal division and to make malice and stir the pot – people usually call them Marxists/Alinskyites/the lav party/Unions/illiberal anti democrats/the EU/the Fawcett society and any other quango/charidee you could care to mention.

Meanwhile in other news mother sheresa bends her knee in that bastion of protecting women’s rights and yuman rites gone walkabout – the KSA and finally she tells us that, freedom of movement [into Britain] will continue as far as the times do last and by tacit admission “the UK is not leaving the EU”.

    Daily Mail:

Free movement of people from the EU could continue for five more years, Theresa May warned yesterday.

The Prime Minister said any Brexit deal would ensure Britain regained ‘control of our borders’.

But she refused to rule out allowing free movement to continue during a ‘transitional period’ that could last three years while Britain completes the task of extricating itself from four decades of EU membership.

Take a look at the new £ coin, someone tell me it isn’t a 1€ coin? Someone tell me, what do they know that, we don’t?

the establishment will not let us LEAVE and ‘daisy may’ in any case is not the woman to do it…..could any sensible right thinking person gainsay it?

    James,

    I posted at 08.23!

So, how come my comment is still “awaiting moderation”?

We’re having issues and it is our regulars going to moderation, have no idea why, trying to fix.

I’ve been off writing the book.
