And After That, He’ll Feed The Five Thousand With Five Loaves And Two Fishes…

Mr Corbyn told the Echo he plans to particularly concentrate his efforts on tackling the number of rough sleepers in seaside towns.

He said he recognised Southend had a seriously high number of rough sleepers in the town centre, and the workload to deal with the issue should not be left to local authorities and “underfunded” charities.

That’ll be the charities that are doing everything possible to make the town attractive to the beggars and addicts, then?

Being in Essex, Southend certainly has a large number of ‘rough sleepers’ – all those Essex girls in their black tights, white stilettos and vajazzles can certainly be a bit rough in the sack, you certainly don’t get much sleep.

I do feel great sympathy for those condemned to live in Essex with the TOWIE “stars”. 🙂

20 or so years ago my Dad offered to buy a plot of disused land – a previous factory site – and convert it into flats for the homeless. He asked only for a change of land use document. The rest would be paid for by him and his company.

At every turn, the council hindered, blocked, argued and placed ever more demands on the work, all the way down to providing food – and praise the man, he did – the new Tesco in the area stepped up to provide the food – gratis.

It took 3 years of council arguing and fighting until Dad gave up. Within the year, a councillor and property developer movedin, built a bunch of massively expensive flats and sold them to welfare tenants – we paid for them. Nothing done for the homeless or genuinely needey. Just rich bastards profiting using power because they could. Of course, it was a Labour council.

Corbyn’s party had 13 miserable years of punitive taxation to do something about homelessness and all it did was import more welfare addicts who created more homelessness and more crime. Labour are the problem. Corbyn is a sodding moron.

    Apologies for my language.

    Apologies for my language.

    No need, it was appropriate.
