When ‘Normal Life’ Becomes Defined As ‘A Microaggression’….

Oh boy, this’ll be good….

Wait, what?

Aren’t universities supposed to prepare you to deal with the real world? Where there are few ‘accommodations’ if your boss tells you to do something?

You have to be kidding! Well, now we know where today’s ‘kidults’ are coming from….

I really do despair:- Although it’s comical to indulge in a little schadenfreude observing these precious little ones hitting the wall of cold hard reality, it does not augur well for the future.

The problem is, when they hit it, it’s the fault of the wall. Every….single….time….

What should happen: “Can’t cut it? Sling yer ‘ook.”

Exactly. They’d get short shrift in most organisations I know. They’d be out the door faster than you can say “microaggression! Twerps

Sadly, even big organisations are starting to play along, just to avoid the inevitable lawsuits.

Am I missing something? The final 2 cartoons seem entirely rational to me.
2 (of 3): Sod the expense, JUST BUY THE F*****G BOOK.
    3 (of 3): You didn’t understand my mumble/rant? TOUGH.

    WTF happened?

Disturbing, twenty short years since the most bloody conflict the world had ever seen. Then, think about September 1939, a nation preparing for war not yet at war but knowing it is imminent and, total war – the waiting, interminable grinding uncertainty…..waiting and how many deserted, left these shores?

Aye, war again with the Hun……………

And fade – to the present day.

Generation snowflakes and worse, far worse: a society which indulges their every whim and vapour.

we are gone, too far gone.

Hereward Unbowed – you are right. Why do our colleges and unis bow down to these spoilt self obsessed silly students, when they should be telling them to ‘man up and get on with it’. Well I suppose we all know why – it suits the leftie liberal mindset of those in charge. The students will soon be brought down to reality when they take a job in the real world, unless of course they get employed by some leftie liberal publicly funded organisation like the BBC, or local authorities or the teaching profession. Perhaps that’s the point.
