The curious doings on Bank Holiday exit day

The American alternative media have now taken up the story of yesterday’s doings in Leeds, which so many of us asked them to do.  Bear in mind that I am choosing my words ultra-carefully here.

There was a court case yesterday which was commented on by a public figure, that public figure was arrested and incarcerated on the same afternoon, Twitter exploded, blogs were way behind but that’s the nature of a blog – it takes longer.

I have now transferred my own operations to Twitter where the only person who could be punished is myself, although even that does not help because with me removed altogether, the blogging and tweeting ceases, and so it is with everyone who would like to blog or comment.

With the issuing of that notice by the judge [I must not specify her name, although I have seen it, plus I have seen the judgment], a gag order came down on the entire UK and territories and furthermore, I can vouch that it is actually being enforced.

The critical aspect here is that the victim of yesterday not be named, for fear he would become a popular focal point for dissent [called breaching the peace] and that is the essential problem with blog comments – that if anyone does name either the victim, the court judgment, the judge, the ethnicity or religion of the alleged perpetrators on trial in Leeds or who comments on any of these matters – then that person is liable to arrest.

Thus there is a thing called strategic withdrawal for now by anyone residing in the UK or territories.

This raises an interesting point about a British subject [EU?] living, say, in France.  As we are still EU, he or she would come under this order, although the French authorities are not as fascistic on this sort of matter within the UK.  I can use that adjective because I am referring to the PTB in general in society, not to any specific case.

The curious case of Breitbart

Already some days back, Raheem Kassam left his job at Breitbart London and then yesterday, Breitbart broke the news, then the article disappeared and this appeared:

Some commenters went to other articles:

No, not gutless cowards. Everyone is lying low, including me, because people associated with me on this blog, plus readers, all come under this order and therefore under scrutiny. My responsibility in continuing to comment on Twitter is my own, my responsibility here is to people other than me and yes – a notice did come to me last evening.

We can still speak of previous cases [and shall], we can speak of other current cases, we can even speak of this one once certain things are concluded – but for now, we cannot speak of this one nor name the victim [accused].

We cannot even say what it makes UK justice look like, because that is commenting on the case.  Just go to American and Canadian pundits, LOL, and you’ll see all you need to, in no uncertain terms.

An example:

OK, now let’s look at Bill Mitchell:

Note his follower numbers – he’s a talk show host over there, he’s known by Hannity, Limbaugh, Gingrich etc. and inevitably – DJT.  These are the people who had to get behind this.

Now look at my little self. I have but 2,400 followers but each of them have people reading them, thus in my best month, I had upwards of 90,000 ‘impressions’ so they call them [usually around 40,000] and yesterday was 5,900.

Now, multiply that by the number of people using Twitter and who come back to blogposts, albeit briefly – which means someone in Chicago or Berlin is reading your blog comment – that’s how this thing works and that’s why the PTB must get [in their eyes] a grip on this internet.

I’ll leave them on for now but must watch like a hawk and when I go out, I’ll have to close them off for that time, then put them on again once I come back and so on through day and night.

A nicer story for now

“The critical aspect here is that the victim of yesterday not be named, for fear he would become a popular focal point for dissent…”

Given that he’s currently trending above Harvey Weinstein on the UK Trending Twitter bar, I can only say ‘Bang up job, British Justice System, as we’ve come to expect of you’…

      Indeed. 🙂

And we thank our cousins so much for this. The big names came in across the pond and on the continent and away it went. LOL.

On a general point of law, as I understand it, anyone handed a suspended sentence will have been warned earnestly by the judge, and their own legal team, at the time that if they were to appear to commit another offence during that time ‘on suspension’ then they will be arrested etc etc

We cannot discuss any specific ongoing case.

Just read on the web Ann Marie Waters, former UKIP leadership candidate is setting up a new political Party named “FOR BRITAIN” with a Trident as its logo. She is rising to the task that was once Churchill’s,, knowing the mistakes of others she is starting with the wisdom of hindsight.

It’s about a year old now.

. . . and all because TPTB don’t like dissent and one dissenter in particular. It stinks, and they know, we know it stinks.

the fekkers only make it worse.

This is so typical of a nation now run by women and through the aegis of an unelected bench, that, firstly they hate ‘open society’ almost accusing the public who hold to such ‘original ideas’: as if it was an illness of the mind.

Secondly, they just can’t get it into their thick heads, still living in the age of Victoria but behaving more like Mediaeval terrors or some ME shithole.

Thirdly, everything in time has an equal and opposite reaction, can they so impervious to the possiblity?

Next, where are the voices of dissent in the HoP?

Don’t they realize it, that, by using the feature of Parliamentary privilege they could speak out with no fear of reprisal.

Hearken, the silence is deafening, the yellow livered halfwitted pussies. On other matters – all that cant, its yack about liberal toleration, democracy and freedom and when it comes down to it. Listen to, nothing, silence or should we call it what it actually is: OMERTA.
Or ponder, are they frit of the power of the state themselves? Yet, wouldn’t the country be beside themselves if an MP was arrested for actually speaking out, to thus leading a national campaign against this sort of putrescence, pusillanimity – where are their cojones?

come to think on it, MPs an’ all, I think the whole nation has been gelded.

and then again, it’s not actually about indigenous melanistically challenged Brits that really scares them shitless, is it?

    @James H

You and others report on a ban on reporting who, when, what, where, why

Yet others disagree citing articles in Independent, Metro, Mirror, Sun, Evening Standard who name, report on and show the video of what happened
eg: “Former xxx leader xxxxx xxxxxxxx ‘being held in HMP Hull’ ; Hull Daily Mail”

    Why the confusion?

btw: subject is discussed on – one linked twiiter pic seems to show conspiracy to enact arrest by trial judge

Those papers took down, as did Breitbart. A notice is a notice.

Everyone knows anyway – you saw my post up most of the afternoon and evening on Friday – pretty unequivocal, wasn’t it? 21 comments.

Then there was the rally today which I’ve been covering on Twitter, especially with Gerard Batten. I never got a notice for Twitter so am freely tweeting there.

The Daily Caller and all major American outlets are naming him, his jail address has been posted, my friend Kassandra from Holland has just named him and shown footage of the rally. The Abbott campaign in Australia has run the story.

They are completely free to comment. We though have desist notices. Anyone naming him on a blog is in breach at this moment. Yet I can name Caolan, who himself keeps telling people he’s under notice still.

This is the insanity of it.

To that existent but officially disappeared occurrence and to wit we cannot refer to, Breitbart have a new post up about the unmentionable, the wibble-wobblers are once again highlighted to be half arsed clowns, wearing soiled trousers.

Parts of this madness are redolent, there was once and I stress it! A very loose parallel, about a certain footballer, and a farce of an injunction – everybody and his dog knew his name, Then, then the stench and very sordid cover up of the strange and unexplained death of a certain Civil servant scientist and all about some desert blown hellhole.
Recently the official silence and weirdness all about the Skripal case. And remember how for 45 odd years and counting, they lied and denied this, FCO30/1048.

All of it, leads one to pose what else aren’t they telling us about?

And, to name this nation as a ‘land of the free’ is a fekking joke.

But also begs, just who are these dodo’s who deem that because all through their own fault, of their deliberately done and egregious policies, with their toe curling kowtowing to all and just about anybody but- but the people to whom actually they purport to represent.

What is it, that are they so careful about to wish to conceal? Indeed, what is it that frightens them out of their tiny minds?

Gone down a rathole, their lack of any sort of candour is quite terrifying and to think, compare the UK national media, newspapers widely reported on, all once shuddered at, were askance at the bungling paranoia, secrecy, grim punishments and terrible privations visited upon the likes of Soviet dissidents, and those of Czechoslavakia, Hungary and Poland, latterly the DDR.

Full circle and lastly what did all those lads fight for during 39-45, TPTB didn’t they describe it as, “putting an end to tyranny”?

    • May 27, 2018 at 5:58 am

“”Indeed, what is it that frightens them out of their tiny minds?””

      In a word, assassination.

The authorities from PM down to small town councillor are all scared shyteless of coming under the eye of some faceless Mullah and having a Fatwah put on them. The nation is overborne with wannabee assassins just waiting for an excuse, a name, a target. Meanwhile they practice on anyone at all. The authorities do not dare even sheet the blame home to them now out of this lack of moral courage.

Criticising, even mentioning the Religion of Peace is too dangerous for all the weak cowards and fellow travellers.

      It is a disgrace.

The Xxxxxxx issue is part of that. The authorities have always been jealous of Star Chamber and have brought in out through Traitors’ Gate to use at whim.

  9. May 26, 2018 at 10:42 pm

I’ve just read the Breitbart attempt – they’ll be in trouble for the pixellated pic but they point out that the ban is on any “publication”. A blog is clearly seen that way by them. Twitter is not seen as a publication. Bishop Hill would be in trouble. Even I’m running a risk in leaving PCar’s link up.

And they have split the suspects into three groups, the last standing trial in September, so their hope is that no one comments till then. I and certain colleagues are reviewing it daily.

I intended no criticism of you James, none whatsoever, in these times of universal deceit, you must do and just so.

  10. May 27, 2018 at 7:59 am

This now from John de Vries:

The police lied deliberately to Xxxxx’s lawyer saying she need not travel to Leeds because he was being released. They then rushed him off to court, appointed a useless duty solicitor who had no time to prepare and he was then ja**ed.

The state has not heard the last of this. If you lot could get commenting, it would drive the banned post off the front page here and I can then reinstate the original.

    • May 27, 2018 at 8:11 am

This is the sort of underhand tactic by the police that would have the usual suspects screaming should it be applied against their favoured groups.

      Yet today?

  11. May 27, 2018 at 8:27 am

    Dilbert just now:

I’m noticing a trend in which conservatives judge people by their actions whereas liberals judge people by their presumed secret thoughts. Am I imagining that trend? Could be confirmation bias.

Proof positive the police do not ‘work for you’ ‘protect you’ ‘can be trusted’. They are government as are the judiciary and the legals.
This nonsense they are what they claim in the face of overwhelming evidence they are not has to be put into the same pit as the notion that there is such a thing as a ‘free press’ along with the delusion there is a difference in political parties.

It is time I caught a train to London. Please post on what demonstrations will be happening and where if you want free speech, join up demonstrate. I need the stimulation, what did someone say? You Need To Get Out More.

  14. May 27, 2018 at 9:50 am

There are none mooted just now on Twitter.

Incidentally, changing the topic completely, has anyone ever marched … er … I mean strolled … along Hedon Road in Hull? I believe the view is very nice there at this time of year.

    Particularly around:

Just sit and contrast the show that must not be mentioned by anything/anyone deemed to be ‘press’ by the state.

and what happens when a big terrapin show is on.
